Each serving contains 50 mg of sustainably sourced vegetarian DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid, and is a good source of choline, an essential nutrient for proper brain health. It includes lutein, an antioxidant that supports cognitive function and eye health in kids, and 1 gram of gut-healthy, beneficial prebiotic fiber to promote a thriving gut microbiome. For kids 2 years of age and older, tear open a stick and mix with 4 fl. oz. of water once or twice daily, or as directed by a pediatrician or healthcare practitioner. The powder can also be mixed with food or a drink of choice. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from algae is a critical nutrient for brain development. Lutein, derived from Tagetes erecta (marigold), is an antioxidant important for maintaining eye health. Choline, as choline bitartrate, is essential for proper brain health and healthy cell membranes.
