9. Incorrect Shipping Information

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

11. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

12. Order Cancellations

PrimeBio.ca sells Natural Health Products (NHPs) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) medications.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products may legally be imported and used in their country or jurisdiction.
Certain products may be unavailable in some regions due to local regulations.
