It also contains other B vitamins (B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, choline and folate), copper, phosphorous, zinc, manganese, selenium, enzymes, and protein. Consuming bone marrow offers several advantages beyond health claims. Bone marrow contains monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) which are beneficial. Additionally, bone marrow is rich in collagen, supporting connective tissues, bones, skin, hair, and nails. It also contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), known for its fat-burning properties, along with various vitamins and minerals.
